We are looking for a Graduate to join our Team in London, reporting to the Executive Finance Director. the role will enable you to broaden your knowledge in different aspects of Finance and extended business operations helping gain a wider understanding of the business and contributing to the success of the Division.

Your mission
As a Graduate in the Finance team you will be:
- Facilitating executive review meetings by setting the agenda, distributing content materials, monitoring deliverables, summarizing dialogs, creating alignment, stimulating decision-making, capturing agreements made and tracking follow-up actions.
- Facilitating board-level crisis management by reporting strategic management information to the Executive Committee including impact assessments, scenario analysis and business continuity planning.
- Project manage Group-wide ‘Reporting & Control’ transformation workstream, addressed with the task to improve project control and forecasting across BAM, including the treatments of project risks, variation orders and claims.
- Involved in various strategic improvement initiatives in the CFO domain, including Finance Operating Model, Financial Planning, Financial Control, Financial Resilience, Business Control, Business Analytics, Managerial Finance, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Assist the Executive Finance Director complete QF/MF reporting packs by providing insights relating to business performance relative to market context.
- Support the Executive Finance Director and members of the Finance Leadership Team in day-to-day tasks, participate and contribute in review meetings as necessary.
- Volunteer and get involved in multi-disciplinary and cross functional projects at a UK&I Divisional level driving efficiencies and standardization.
- Work closely with the other members of the DLT and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Successfully deliver on ad hoc projects by introducing operational risk management, project controls and performance management systems and become more predictable.
- Rolling out the ‘BAM Practices’ and applying lean techniques to optimize processes end-to-end, increase efficiencies and minimize process variability.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed Degree in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2025
- PQQ and/or with a genuine desire to become CIMA or ACCA qualified (which the company will support)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Commitment to working towards your Professional Development journey
- Interest and experience of using BI tools and systems to drive analytical review (complemented with strong excel skills and an ability to work with large quantities of data)
- Knowledge of SAP highly desired
- Analytical mind with the ability to translate detailed and complex information into concise and coherent management information.
- Must be diligent and use own initiative to resolve issues.
- Strong presentation skills
