Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire

What will you be responsible for?
As Officer, you'll be working within the Customer Experience team, supporting them in fostering meaningful relationships between all stakeholders they impact, developing and implementing stakeholder management and communications plans engaging stakeholders, residents, and local organisations, keeping them up to date on our Transportation major project schemes programme and delivery, ensuring community voices are heard, understood, and integrated into stakeholder management plans.
Your day to day will include:
- Active involvement in the project lifecycle, presenting regular updates to stakeholders at all levels, addressing concerns regarding traffic disruptions, accessibility, and environmental impacts for stakeholder management, facilitating meetings with the Client Communications team keeping the project heading in the right direction, having an onsite presence is essential throughout the projects ensuring accuracy of information, sharing all stages of the project with relevant stakeholders.
- Producing communication plans for specific schemes , carrying out all committed communications within the agreed communication plan, working closely with the client creating an effective and helpful communication strategy, notifying all stakeholders of upcoming schemes and progress via; email, phone, letters, face-to-face; online / live website
- Creating and producing scheme boards for specific schemes, creating and producing newsletters for specific schemes externally and internal updates
- Developing an organisational culture within schemes that embodies the values of Kier, being a proactive, collaborative team member, working closely with colleagues and fitting seamlessly into the design delivery team
- Supporting communications and relationships with other teams disciplines, customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies for the schemes

- You have strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills in a major projects setting skills, are well versed in analysing and addressing complex issues, demonstrate effective IT skills and experienced in processing and interpreting detailed information
- Enjoy dealing with members of the public, comfortable in delivering stakeholder management to a range of diverse audiences
- Drive and have a full licence for travelling to different locations
