Job Description:
- Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Follow established policies and protocols and provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Compensation & Benefits: Provide administrative support for the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting market research to understand compensation and benefits trends and practices.
- Budgeting: Assist in collecting and organizing financial data for budget preparation, maintaining accurate records of expenditures and budget allocations. Provide administrative support in the budgeting process.
- Employee Support: Provide administrative support and information to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of employee queries.
- Onboarding and Offboarding processes: Provide administrative support for the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Insights & Reporting: Provide administrative support for the insights and reporting process, including data entry, organization of data sources, and preparation of basic reports. Ensure that all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible for analysis.
- Organizational Culture: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace satisfaction.
- Administrative tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, preparing HR documents, and managing HR correspondence.
